I've been doing internet marking and search engine optimization on website for over 4 years now and one of the more valuable tools that I've had at my disposal recently has been the google toolbar. As far a gauging the status of my websites from an seo and internet marketing standpoint the google toolbar is invaluable. Usint this tool I can see if my pages have been cached by google, what the page rank of my pages are, if my pages have been placed in the supplemental index (this is like a holding cell when google evaluates if your site is trying to cheat or not).
